Tracey Adam RCA (413807), CPA, Public Practice Certificate

  • Tracey is the leading audit partner at DDA and has an audit career spanning over 20 years.

  • Her key audit specialisms include the not for profit sector, local Government, charities, schools, body corporates and consulting roles to implement best practice in key areas of financial management (including internal controls within financial systems), corporate governance and risk management.

  • Tracey started her auditing career in the UK, before emigrating to Australia with her family in 2007.

  • Her auditing roles have included over 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in public sector audit and assurance which included managing an external audit portfolio with specialism in performance improvement and specialised Value for Money reviews.

  • While at PwC, Tracey completed secondments to the Audit Commission and Ministry of Defence to implement improved financial reporting systems in public sector and local Government roles in internal audit and treasury.

  • Tracey’s active involvement in the community as treasurer of a soccer club on the Gold Coast has allowed her to appreciate the other side of the audit process and contributed to her understanding and empathy of client restraints in particular within a not for profit entity which relies on volunteers.

  • Tracey’s priority is building trusted and independent client relationships through understanding clients’ business needs, providing a smooth audit process with communication around information requirements and understanding client restraints.

Reece Christensen

  • Reece joined the Dickfos Dunn Adam team as an Audit Manager in July 2018.

  • He is completing a Bachelor of Commerce at USQ and has worked in audit internationally in both New Zealand and the UK.

  • Reece has worked in chartered accounting firms since 2009, and his experience includes 8 years’ at Moore Stephens and two years at Crowe Horwath.

  • Reece has extensive public sector work experience and has been involved in both external and internal audit across a range of clients and industries which has contributed to his considerable understanding of organisations’ operations and financial reporting needs.

Esme Nortje CA

  • Esme joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in January 2019.

  • Esme is a Chartered Accountant and her career in accounting began in 2006.  

  • She attended Griffith University and graduated with a Commerce Degree (Accounting) in 2012.

  • Esme has held key roles in managing a significant external audit client portfolio and has considerable experience in Advisory work and writing of accounting policies for private companies with unique assets and transactions.

Jeremy Richards-Ghosn

  • Jeremy joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in July 2017.

  • He graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting.

  • Jeremy is currently enrolling into the Chartered Accountant program.

  • He has extensive experience in body corporates, trust account and outgoings.

  • Jeremy has experience in all facets of auditing from interim planning to preparing the financial and audit closing reports.

Marcus Pratt

  • Marcus joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in September 2019.

  • He is studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Economics at Griffith University part-time while working three days per week in Audit.

  • Marcus has gained experience with body corporates and trust accounts.

  • He also has experience with bookkeeping in the affordable housing industry.

Rebecca Farley CPA

  • Rebecca joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in September 2013.

  • She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Griffith University and is a qualified CPA

  • She started her auditing career in 2003 after holding positions in the banking and finance sector.

  • Rebecca has experience in churches, not for profits, trust accounts, SMSFs, gaming, outgoings and corporate audit. 

  • She has considerable experience performing interim and financial statements audit work, including audit risk and internal controls testing.

  • Rebecca currently holds the position of Treasurer at a Gold Coast Surf Club and was a member of the Gold Coast CPA Committee from 2010 – 2016.

Stephanie Horkings

  • Stephanie joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in September 2016.

  • She is studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting at Southern Cross University part-time while working four days per week in Audit.

  • Stephanie has experience in body corporates, not for profits and churches.

  • She has also had experience in bookkeeping in the construction industry.

Wade Cubbin

  • Wade joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in January 2019.

  • He is studying a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting at Griffith University full-time while working three days per week in Audit.

  • Wade has gained experience working on body corporate and surf club audits.

  • He has been involved in all stages of audits from performing substantive and controls testing, conducting and reviewing analytics, to writing audit reports and assisting lead auditors and audit partners.
