Gold Coast audit partner Tracey Adam

Tracey Adam RCA (413807), CPA, Public Practice Certificate

  • Tracey is the leading audit partner at DDA and has an audit career spanning over 20 years.

  • Her key audit specialisms include the not for profit sector, local Government, charities, schools, body corporates and consulting roles to implement best practice in key areas of financial management (including internal controls within financial systems), corporate governance and risk management.

  • Tracey started her auditing career in the UK, before emigrating to Australia with her family in 2007.

  • Her auditing roles have included over 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in public sector audit and assurance which included managing an external audit portfolio with specialism in performance improvement and specialised Value for Money reviews.

  • While at PwC, Tracey completed secondments to the Audit Commission and Ministry of Defence to implement improved financial reporting systems in public sector and local Government roles in internal audit and treasury.

  • Tracey’s active involvement in the community as treasurer of a soccer club on the Gold Coast has allowed her to appreciate the other side of the audit process and contributed to her understanding and empathy of client restraints in particular within a not for profit entity which relies on volunteers.

  • Tracey’s priority is building trusted and independent client relationships through understanding clients’ business needs, providing a smooth audit process with communication around information requirements and understanding client restraints.

Caleb Kirchen

  • Caleb joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in January 2021.

  • He graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting and Management.

  • Caleb is currently completing the CA (Chartered Accountant).

  • Prior to moving to the Gold Coast he gained over 4 years experience auditing a range of clients including clubs, churches, schools and not for profits on the far North Coast of NSW.

  • Caleb is passionate about assisting clients to identify where potential improvements can be made to internal systems and operational processes.

Emily Sands

  • Emily joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in February 2022.

  • She is studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics, majoring in Accounting and International Trade/Finance through University of Queensland whilst working three days a week.

  • Emily completed her degree at the end of 2023.  She now aspires to achieve her CA qualification.

Professional Gold Coast auditor Jeremy R

Jeremy Richards-Ghosn

  • Jeremy joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in July 2017.

  • He graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting.

  • Jeremy is currently enrolled in the Chartered Accountant program.

  • He has extensive audit experience working in the Education and the Clubs sectors together with large for profit companies. 

  • Jeremy has experience in all facets of auditing from interim planning to preparing the financial and audit closing reports.

Joshua Koloski

  • Joshua joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in 2024.

  • He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Finance and Economics at Griffith University.

  • Joshua expects to graduate in 2024.

Juan Santamaria

  • Juan joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in 2024.

  • He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia with a Bachelor of Accounting, and EUDE Business School in Spain with an MBA with emphasis in Digital Marketing.

  • Juan is dedicated to his personal and professional growth and actively pursues advanced training, which has led him to obtain various certifications such as Auditor International, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Agile Methodology.

  • Before moving to the Gold Coast, he gained more than 10 years of experience auditing a range of clients such as banks, health, oil, energy, and transport companies in Colombia.

  • Juan is passionate about assisting clients in identifying potential improvements to internal control based on COSO 2013, IT General Controls, and operational processes.

Luke Mottram

  • Luke joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in 2022.

  • He is currently studying a Bachelor of Business and Enterprise, majoring in Accounting at Southern Cross University and is expected to graduate in 2024.

  • Luke has experience with trust accounts and body corporates. 

Matthew Muir

  • Matt joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in October 2024.

  • He holds a Diploma in Accounting from Open Colleges.

  • Prior to joining Dickfos Dunn Adam, Matt gained several years' experience working in purchasing and supplier relations.

  • Matt is eager to learn and become a core, valuable member at the firm.

Patience Zvarivadza

  • Patience joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in August 2024.

  • She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Griffith University. 

  • Patience has worked in audit since 2023 and is currently working towards her CA qualifications. 

  • She is excited to explore new opportunities and contribute to the firm's success. 

Professional Gold Coast auditor Rebecca

Rebecca Farley CPA

  • Rebecca joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in September 2013.

  • She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Griffith University and is a qualified CPA

  • She started her auditing career in 2003 after holding positions in the banking and finance sector.

  • Rebecca has experience in trust accounts (real estate/management rights, solicitors & QBCC), outgoings, churches, not for profits, gaming and corporate audit.

  • Rebecca currently holds the position of Treasurer at a Gold Coast Surf Club, has been an active patrolling member for over 25 years and was a member of the Gold Coast CPA Committee from 2010 – 2016.

Stephanie Choi

  • Stephanie joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in 2023.

  • She is studying a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, at the University of Queensland and is expecting to graduate in 2025.

  • She then plans to undertake her CA

Teegan Simpson

  • Teegan joined Dickfos Dunn Adam in 2024.

  • She is currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance with Swinburne University.

  • Teegan has a background in Legislation and Compliance and aspires to undertake her CA once she has completed her degree.
